hey i just install a flowmaster 40 series, and ran duals cost about 250.00 and i hung everything myself it sounds awsome!! installed on a 04 ram hemi..

^^^ Yeah well you have a 4.7L v8 so the sound obviously is going to be way different. I like the 50 series on my v6....its not as loud in the cab but still has a decent sound on the outside

How does your true flow XDI Intake work for you? was it worth the bills?

I think it was...I did notice a decent increase in the low end torque...cant really say about hp gains....but then again i have a POS Jet Stage 1 PCM that really does nothing...But i do like the colors and the way the intake looks. It was also easy to install so...I'd say it was worth it

I put a Flowmaster Delta 40 with a 18in long 4 inch diameter crome tip. Sounds sweet. I would recommend the tip first, because it helps out a little with the sound, then see how loud you really want it. I love the Flowmaster myself, I think it should actually be a little louder. It is really hard to tell from a V8 up until a bout 2500-3000 rpm, then you know something is up. I still really like it though, and I have no interrior resonance. JBA Headers will probably be the next step
