if your looking for sound go flowmaster, if your looking with sound + performance go magnaflow. if you just want LOUD go borla.

Have you considered the new Thrush 2 chamber? It sounds a lot like a flowmaster, but they are only $30 each. Here's a sound clip of my '07 4.7L with a true dual x pipe setup: http://www.zshare.net/audio/10504498aa60d425/

If your time is worth anything go for stainless steel quality:
MagnaFlow, Corsa, Bassani;
All good performance and sound.

I have the Gibson Super truck...it is LOUDDD! and I notice a noticable power increase. Always get the head turn when your cruising by, but always get the "WOWWW (stare) when I get on her... Wouldn't go for any other exhuast
