have you measured it becuase at certain angles mine looks higher in the front or higher in the back. Plus In my opinion a little tiny bit higher in the front is a whole lot better than higher in the back. I'd say just save your time and run it, it might just be and optical illusion becuase the front has a wheel well liner while the back doesn't.

ya theres a pep boys near by..and i saw the lift blocks. i thought they were cheapy looking though. but do you think those would work? and are they universal or what? do i need to find one made for my truck? also can someone explain how to install the damn thing?

KX, i know thats your opinion, but id rather have .5" higher in the rear than the front. plus...its not an optical illusion...i measured..and its beyond being close to be your eyes....its clearly higher in the front lol.

I know alot of people that are using them with no problems, and they go offroading also. They are universal. When I installed on my buddies truck I jacked up the back of the truck and sat the frame on big jack stands, took off the wheels, then let the jack down so that the axle was hanging freely. Then I unbolted the u-bolt on one side let the axle drop enough to slide in the block then put it back together; did the same on the other side. You will probably have to get longer u-bolts, not sure how much extra thread dodge left; never really looked at mine.

Ya I am in the same situation. I installed the 2.5" spacer and now my front is 1" higher than the back. I have seen the lift blocks but the U-bolts that they have at pep boys and autozone are to small to fit around our axles. Does anyone know the correct size u-bolts to get.

Fix the tires, ball joint and/or shock issues first. Then re-look at the over all picture. If the front still looks high, get .5 or 1" blocks for the rear. Add-a-leafs are great for hauling, but will harshen the ride considerably when there is nothing in the bed...

What kind of leveling kit did you get? I installed a RevTek on my 06 4x4 and it makes it sit level. As far as the post about the tail gate being the same height as others...lifting the front would make the end of the tail gate actually go down. Don't know how much it goes down but it's common physics. Unless thats not what you are talking about.
