Tire fitment

Hey whats up guys i got a question for you. My buddy just bought a 2006 1500 4x4 and he put the 2.5 leveling kit on and a 3 inch body will he be able to clear 35x12.50's on 18 inch rims fine or no?

With 5.5" he'd be able to go up to 36", I have 4" of suspension lift and clear 35's easily...
