Thanks duke, I tried separating the headlight the other day, cause I got some paint left over from the handles, I wanted to paint the headlight bezels to match the truck as the handles. But the whole heating and prying thing just didn't work out- I think that would be awesome and I have never seen it other than black.

pm CRMRAM, hes an expert on seperating the 06-08 headlight. theres a DIY on it too. pm him, he'll probally be able to send you the link. its much harder to seperate the 06-08 than the 02-05's

Yeah! You should definately do the handles and the mirrors. I did on mine and like it alot better than the chrome. Make sure you get a few clearcoats on it and use an adhesive promoter before you prime. I did a DIY on painting the handles if you have any questions. Let us see some pics if you do it!

well i'm deffinitly not gonna do the mirrors....with yellow it's gonna be too bright and stick out like a sore thumb IMO...but i got the other handles off and got them sittin at the Chrysler training center waiting to be painted, so hopefully next weekend they'll be back on the truck...post some pics when it's done

I am not a fan of chrome handles, but color keyed, especially on a sport is nice.

I wish I would have done this to my SRT when I was doing stripes.

IMO id leave em black, its a nice contrast with the yellow. Id even think about a bed stripe and maybe a new hood with some black stripes and a black fin on the bed cover. Just my .02
