i need to decided between this or the usual full replacement horizontal billet grill. i have an 08 black reg cab. Also should i add some nightrunner head lights and a hood scoop? I have chrome 22s already on...some Forte F20, what goes with them?

IMO, I'd say to avoid that vertical grille. One, because it removes the famous Dodge "Crossbars" and 2, it makes the truck look like a Lincoln knockoff....something in my opinion, I wouldn't really be proud of. As far as the grilles go, I'd say the stock horizontal billet grille looks a lot sharper and if you wanted, I'm sure you could paint it to match the color of your truck. An all blacked out truck I think is the way to go. SRT-10 hood and Night Runner headlights might also look awesome so there's my 2 cents

sorry i didnt listen to u people but i went today and bought it. I am glad i bought it. Didnt take long to install and my dodge really looksaggressivew now (kind of reminds me of a shark). The picture i found on the internet and also one i took was not even close to how good it looks in person. Im not going to put pictures up because they dont look good but trust me,u have to see it in person. Only cost me $300 and its a full replacement grill.
