Hey guys, wondering if anyone ran into similar problems. I got a tonneau cover for my 06 laramie 1500 and i had to pull my whale tail off to get it to fit. At the time the only type of tailgate cover i could get was a black plastic one that extended far enough over the tailgate to cover the holes left from the whale tail. I've chromed up most of the truck but I can't seem to find a chrome, steel tailgate cover that will extend all the way down over the whale tail holes. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
