I removed my "Big Horn" and Rams Head badges for my tailgate Wednesday afternoon. I wasn't watching my time closely, but 45 minutes to an hour total. Not difficult to do, but my 4 lb test fishing line just wasn't stong enough, ended up doubling it up then doubling it again in order to lift the badges from the adhesive. Then used Goof Off to take the adhesive off. Finally washed and rinsed tailgate. I left the "4X4" on the tailgate and the "RAM" on the doors, at least for the time being. It's not a difficult job, and I sure think its an improvement.

 

30 bucks in Thailand you can teabag a hook.

I've never been a fan of taking off all the emblems etc.

lol, i would never pay anyone to detail my truck. On a nice day, I give my truck a $200 detail, and enjoy doing it!!!! Anywho, I love my emblems too but I bet it'll look great debadged on yours!

 

Yes I enjoy it as well, however I am in my busy season right now as a single parent with a busy son. Currently with baseball 3x a week, personal trainer 3x a week I only have 1 free day. So I spent the money to get it a really good clean for the begining of the good weather that way I can keep it up....I would much rather do it myself, but when the time isn't there I gotta use the resources I can

 

Oh most definitly man! I mean being a single parent is probably a full time job already! I'm just a college student who just has way too much free time on my hands aside from my part time job and class lol. I just always manage to find time to do stuff somehow when I already have other stuff planned. Post some pics when it's done!
