Thanks for taking the time to take and post the last couple of pictures. That explains to me that the hinge for the lid are actually on the side rails of the bed and not the front edge of the bed.
Are the side rails of the lid clamped or are they screwed to the bed?
I havewanted a lid and how convenient is it to find one that has the same paint code as my truck. Prior to purchasingmyRam, I had a Dakota with an over the rail liner and never thoughtone would be made for it. Hat's off to you for letting folks know.

No drilling required all clamps.

Sweet. I hope the lid hasn't been sold as I will be calling Friday night in hopes of seeing it (and most likely buying it) Saturday morning. I hope it looks as nice as yours.

I am sure that it will, as long as you dig it thats all that matters. Good luck, post a pic of it when you get.

Will do. Hopefully the rain will stop long enough.

I did buy a tonneau for my Ram. It is the 700 series LEER cover. I opted for the keyless remote too. It rates highly recommended in my book for both cover and remote. It's nice to have the biggest trunk on the block.

I had a feeling I'd be blasted for no pics. I will take some and get them up.
