Default Satellite Radio Not Working

Looking for some feedback. My Uncle has an '06 Ram Big Horn. He had it detailed a couple of weeks ago, and since he got it back, the Satellite radio has not worked. It will switch to Satellite mode, but acts as though there are no stations. The display where the station number should be, is just a few dash ( -- -- ) marks. Any input would be appreciated.

Mine does the same thing... But I believe that is due to the fact that I let my subsciption run out.... Ask him if he had paid for the service... if not... that's why...

if the subscription runs out I believe it defaults to 184
but then again maybe they stole the box behind your glovebox.
