Default Testing Ignition Coil...

Hello...

I have a 2003 DRQC w/4.7 Motor. Only Modis aFlowmaster. I am just curious, is there anyway to TEST the ignition coils? If anyone knows of a way, please let me know...:0)

unplug it and hold onto it while somebody cranks it over. Ok so dont do that!! You might try taking it out and putting the spark plug onto it and grounding the spark plug. Have somebody crank it over and if it sparks your prolly good. This is the ole school way im sure there is a way to test voltage and what not but couldn't tell ya. Somebody asked if you were throwing codes. If not I would bet that nothing is wrong with them. Keep us posted.
