Then it would have independant front suspension like the 1500's, you'll notice if you get down there, it's a solid axel. In fact, my front axel's a 9.25 and the rear is a 10.5, 1500's have a 9.25 rear axel. Tell me if I'm wrong on that guys!

i got a 2500 with a gaser. I couldnt justify 9000 dollar option either while diesel is 10-15 cents more a liter here. plus when i bought mine i got like 8000 dollars off that wasnt offered on a deisel. So now ur talking 17,000 dollars diffrence be one thing if i was hauling a bobcat everyday. But the hemi does just fine hauling my jeep around on the weekends. I would need to own a deisel for at least 10 years before i could recoup the savings and i like a new truck every 3-4 years so it just didnt make sense also i just couldnt afford one lol to be honest.

I'm with bigblue.... and why would anyone want a oil burner unless you are a REAL cowboy and hauling 10+Ton of hay everyday...

Diesel stinks, is way too loud (even tho they are more quiet now) and def not green.... not to mention costs at both ends
