You may want to get your PCM flashed at the dealer then try to upload again. When I first got mine I was able to load the tune but it washorrible - I called the techs they "took over" my computer with "goto meeting" and uploaded a custom tune that they had an engineer write for me - it worked and then when there was a new update out I got it and I have not had a problem - it has help a bit with the gas mileage a min. of .5-1 in the city and 1.5-3 on the hwy. My only problem right now is I can't get the accesorie delay to work which is in the vehicle settings. I would try to get your PCM flashed and then try it again, if after that it doesn't work I would get your money back. Goodluch

I will agree on getting the computer flashed at the dealer. There have been a couple of guys here that did this and it worked ok after the flash.

I myself have the Power Pup, which is only for the Hemi and cheaper than the Triple Dog, but has the same features. I did not have any problems and have been running my tuner for almost a year now.

The techs at Bully dog sent me the newest version in an email so that I could by pass the update agent. For some reason the update agent was not really updating my downloader. The attachment with the file has a seperate program that installs the version onto the downloader. WOW, does that make sense!!! I hope so. Basically, just call the techs and ask them to send the newest version to your email. That is what worked for me.
