Default 02 Ram Instrument Panel Light.

I recently noticed on a 3 hour trip to Tulsa, Oklahoma, the lights that light up the 4 and the 5 of my RPM gauge in the instrument cluster are not as bright as everything else anymore.

Now I would like to take my instrument cluster out and put some blue L.E.D strips in there to light everything up.
Does anyone know how to get the cluster out of the dash?
