I'm with you on this. I see motorcyclists do it all the time. They always get a return wave.

 

kinda like back in the day when you had to be rich to own mercedes we would all wave to other mercedes owners, cops would let you off with a warning because you prolly know someone that could get him in trouble.... ah the good ol days.

but if you wave with one hand, and hold your beer with the other, how are you steering?

ha this is good. ima start doing that. i see rams allll the time and jus look. but the wave is a good idea. hopefully they will figure out what im doing lol. i like this. i also think we should all get the ram symbol on our back window...but thats prob just me ha.so should the wave be hand out the window, or see throught the windshield?

Actually I believe this started with Harley's and Jeeps. Only difference is that those waves were more of a lowered, extended arm (in jeeps it was usually out the non existent door).

 

i do the "wave" too...just tip raise my hand up a little from the wheel....not much but some people actually respond to it.....when i mom had her PT cruiser that was the thing to do in those lol

 

There's too many rams on the road to do the "wave"....you'd be waving at every 10th vehicle you passed. The brotherhood feeling just isn't there with most owners...it's nothing but another truck to them.

I've done the wave many times in the f-body but they're few and far between...and most that own them are enthusiasts of some sort. Same goes for vettes and other cars of their nature..
