Hey guys... Got a '03 1500 4x4 4.7... been experiencing a vibration when accelerating through about 40 to 55 mph and when holding accelerator on an grade. has about 80000 on it. any suggestions???

I would start with a quick inspection of the Ujoints on the rear driveshaft.
Have you added a lift kit recently? If so double check your rear driveshaft angle and also your pinion angle.
Serviced your t-case recently? May want to check the fluid level.
