pyrometer

Default pyrometer

hi just new at this but i am installing a pyrometer.Been reading and they say u can drill and tap into the manifold without taking if off by using grease on the drill and tap and then using a magnet.Has anyone done this before

Done it twice, I just drilled it, ran the magnet, tapped it, and ran the magnet again.

do you have a diesel? Haven't heard of a gasser wanting a pyro meter.

yes i have a diesel and thanks firemedic.The reason i am adding one is because i bought a smart jr and using the 70 hp setting
