I have a 03 ram 1500 HEMI, does anyone know if the fuel filter is in the gas tank, or is it a inline?

My understanding is that they are in the tank andpart of the fuel pump and do not require service for the life of the vehicle. That being said, I would rather be able to change the fuel filter, so if I ever have to go into the tank I will put one in line.
