Default check engine

I've got an 04 Quad Hemi Ram that looses power. When this happens the electrical light flashes and the check engine light goes on. Then I turn it off and back on the electrical light stays off but the check engine light stays on. After some time the check engine light turns off. If someone has an idea I would appreciate the help.

Stop by your local Auto Zone, or just about any other chain auto parts store. They'll pull the code for you for free. Then give us the code here and we should be able to tell you what's up.
Unless you have a code reader or tuner of your own, then you can pull the code yourself...

Sounds to me like the throttle body is clogged up pretty good, take off your air intake to get to it, clean it real good with some brake cleaner. I believe there is a "DIY" on it. I'll try to find it and give you a link...

Here 'ya go, should fix you right up...
