I know this has nothing to do with a dodge ram issue, but here it goes. I bought a 2007 Dodge Nitro last year at the same time I bought my Truck. My nitro has had the ESP/BAS light come on for the 3rd time. (Dealer is closed so I'm gonna call first thing in the morning) I know there are lemon laws, but I don;t know what they cover. I'm just looking to see if anyone could maybe point me in the right direction. I have heard of buy backs but like I said I have no idea what route to take..

 

If the dealer gives you the run-around, contact the corporate office. I know of someone who did that and got his situation resolved to his satisfaction. I don't remember the specifics of it though.
