Default Burning Smell

At timesI can smelllike something is burningwhen driving my 04 RAM QC. I purchased the truck three months ago before the the big jump in gas prices. I thought I got a really good dealfor $14,500 with only 39k on the 5.7 Hemi. The smell seems to be coming from the engine compartment. It smells like a electrical fire or maybe burning plastic. The dealer said they had replaced the alternator, brake pads and oil pan. The truck runs and drives pefect from what I can tell but it really can stink. I popped the hood whileitwas running and I couldnt see anything burned. It smells electrical but Im not loosing voltage. Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.
