Exhaust dillemma.
First of all, I have an 02 Ram 1500 4.7.
I used to have a straight exhaust, no cat, no muffler, but then my platoon sergeant made me put a muffler on. I put on a Flowmaster 40 series on it, and it drove me CRAZY. Way too quiet. So, today, about two months later, I busted out the hacksaw and cut it off. It's still hanging there, so whenever someone looks, it appears that I have a muffler.
Only thing is, it's a tad too loud in the cab, seeing as how it's cut off right where the cab and the bed meet on the passenger side.
I was thinking about running dual out of the back with a glasspack, or just running straight dual, no muffler out the back.
Thoughts?
