25+ HP GAIN
HAS ANYONE PURCHASED THE ELECTRIC SUPERCHARGER ON EBAY?SUPPOSED TO GIVE 25+ HP AND 2-3 MPG. THERES CLAIMS OF 14 HP GAIN AFTER INSTALL. COULD IT ACTUALLY WORK? OR IS IT JUST A HAIR DRYER NSTALLED ON THE INTAKE? STILL 25HP SOUNDS PRETTY GOOD...

lol. i dont' think it will give you that much hp...but, his feedback is pretty solid i guess. but i assure you that very few people actualyl left feedback after using it for a while. they got it, and provided fedback. MAYBE they mounted it, then provided feedback. but yea...i don't think it'll give you those gains.
but hell, try it out, it's cheap. let me know if it works, maybe i'll get one too.

in theory it would work. but think about all of the other details. if this thing really did force alot more air into your engine, you would need to upgrade your injectors or find another way to supply more fuel. otherwise it would cause your motor to run very lean, which can damage your motor. it sounds interesting but be careful. if you really want to do it right hook up an a/f gauge or something so you can keep track and dont destroy your engine.

Look at the picture of the Ram engine:

Anyone happen to notice, that the original intake is still attatched? So any boost that is being made is going right out of the intake, LMAO!

No friggin way! They make those picture look so legit. Ha ha, they pick the best and shiny engines and add all sorts of nice tubes. Its not like that at all. My buddy Jim bought one for his 97 blazer.... I think a hair dryer would actually do more.
damm i been thinking about it and i think a dry vac motor would be just as good.. maybe i should go on ebay and sell vaccum motors and hair dryers and tell people they'll give you 50% more hp.. make some money for real upgrades.. still its not bad to just try diff new things i guess, but if ur gonna experiment with stuff like this then you might as well try the speed holes on ur bumper like the rice burners do...... i hear they reduce weight... improves airflow... and cuts down ur 1/4 mile by 10 seconds.....ha!
