I personally like the powercoated one the best! Goes really well with your black truck!

if it doesn't end up too expensive, i might get it done to my stock 20's. i'm not a big fan of chrome.
powdercoat should hold up fine unless you hit a curb with it. the step bars on my truck are black powdercoat. not a spot on them where the coat has come off.

have had small off road cars with powdercoated tube chassis roll over and grind the tube through rocks and dirt without going all the wy though the coat. it'll leave scratches, but won't go through. definately stronger and longer lasting than painted wheels.

Powdercoat material is tough stuff. Have ya thought about just coating the spokes and leaving the tire lip edge chrome?

Well I love chrome, but the powdercoating looks better on your truck. And if you're not a fan of chrome, it's a no-brainer, really.
