Default squeaking

I just started noticing a squeaking noise coming from my truck. But it only happens when i turn my sterering wheel just enough to make the tires turn. Havnet had any time to look at it yet but i think it might be the ball joints but does anyone have any ideas on what it may be? and how to tell if its starting to go. Thanks

is it actual squeeking? or like...the power steering pump just grinding?

perhaps rusty tie rods/ends? dunno. et your butt under there and have someone turn it while it's in park. spray some lube into steering components and see if squeking ceases. this won't necesarrily fix it, but you'll now know where it's from.

Yeah its sqeeking, i almost thought it was the body lift squeeking but it doesnt squeek when i get in or if the truck moves just when the tires turn. On my days off which I hope is coming up soon i am going to check and hopefully its nothing big.

If it also squeaks when ever going over small bumps than I would say ball joint for sure. They are to check. I replaced both of my lowers on an 04 ram, it was squeaking like an old bed spring.
