Before you send me to the frequently posted topics forum.... Ive already decided on the flowmaster 50 HD. I just want to cut out the old and weld in the new. Stock tail pipe and all. So, has anyone done this and what is the part # for the flowmaster 50 HD?

I just did it to my 06 QC 4X4 Hemi. Part number I used was the 9530560. I cut out the old muffler and bought an 18" piece of 3" pipe at AutoZone for $7.99 (you will need it for the Flowmaster, it's shorter than the stock muffler). I also removed both resonators and the sound is awesome!!!!! Is you have access to a welder make sure you weld the new in, clamps will work but welding is better.

Make sure to put the HD one on. Shop put a 50 series on mine and I lost all kinds of power. After fighting with the shop and talkin to other shops who didnt know better..even though the box says so. I called FM and they worked everything out. Said the reg 50 series works on 60% of the hemis. Its pretty noisey though!!!
