Default I'm new and have a few ?'s

I just became a member here. I'm glad i found something like this!! woohoo I have a 03 1500 standard cab hemi. I got flowmasters put on not to long ago and am about to get a K&N intake and i heard it makes your exhaust sound alittle meaner. Does anyone know if this is true?? also if i get headers, anyone know the best. I've heard gibson but figured i would get a few more opinions.

Im a Dynatech *****.. love there products.. just have saved the pennies to actually buy it yet. http://www.dynatechheaders.com/
As for teh air intake, i would go agianst it, and say just do a drop in kit, alot of people have complaind of increase in sound, from under the hood, and decrease in performance, some think it actually cause the motor to lean out, due to more air, and not enuff feul.

k-n intake will make it sound louder, put a real colder intake and you will scare the public into coma, i experimented and it would make a greater diff, theres a guy here named airram hes got the knowledge with this intake stuff

I have a flowmaster cat back and the K&N intake on my 02 1500 reg cab. I did get a little more cab noise at certain RPMs, mostly between 35-45mph. If you crack the throttle it will go away once the pipes warm up. It does sound mean!!

I have the air raid kit on mine. I have mixed feelings on it. At WOT, it sounds meaner than hell. Under part throttle, I can almost swear I hear the turbulence buidling up.
