No, no, no. I am on the good end this time. I am the PM for the Client who then hires the Ganeral Contractor. We are reroofing, residing cedar shake shingle, new gutters, downspouts, staining, painting and then landscaping 101 high end townhouses.

It is my GC who is trying to get done ASAP for the reasons you state above. I am getting supplies by the semi-trailer load. And every 30-40 yard dumpster that goes out with the old wood and roof shingles is now costing him MUCH more just to get rid of. We have about another year on the contract.

I hope people are paying your rates.

Good luck!

Nice Gig, So You Fill The Middle Man, The People Person. Very Nice! Guessing You Deal With Set Contractors. Your The Man That Makes Sure The Job Gets Done - Nice.

They Are Paying The Rates Alright, I Have A Low Overhead "Family Owned" HVAC Company - We Resorce & Hire Outside of The Company - But The Roots Are All There. With The Goverment Pushing The New Chlorine Free R-410 (Puron) If You Will - Is Causing A Wee Bit Of A Headache For Me. Gotta Get All The Guys Re Trained & The Sheer Cost Is Almost DOuble What The R22 Units Cost. Times Are A Changin', And Many Many MANY Companies Are Folding Through All This.

Celebrating 20 Years This October!

Glad To Hear The Supply Increase Is Only Putting Money In Your Pocket - Thats A Good Side To Be On.
