As far as the tow hooks, after you get them, buy some red locktite. The next person will need a breaker bar to get them off if they want them. Remember RED LOCKTITE, not Blue.

I would go to the shop and say they were there when i brought my truck in, nad were gone when i picked my truck up.. If they won;t help tell them you are going to let all your friends know that if they bring cars there, the'll get stuff stolen...... Oh and check the parking lot to see if any one is stupid enough to have put them on there truck......

It sounds like you just noticed they were gone. What it someone at the shop didn't steal them? What if someone stole them while it was sitting in the driveway? I just don't see it being a good idea to say the shop stole them without knowing for a fact that's what happend.
