6in Skyjacker Lift vs. 4in suspension lift w/3in body
I am looking to put 37x13.5x17 Toyo MT's with a 17x9 Rim of 4.5 backspacing on my 05 Ram 4x4 1500 QCSB. What I was wondering is... what would bethe best route to go. I like the 6in superlift, but it says that I can only clear 37x12.5's on that lift. Would I be able toclear the37x13.5's, if I did some minor trimming, without having touse spacers? I like the look of a really stuffed wheel well and I think that set up would look pretty solid. The second set up Iwas thinking about was going with a 4in suspension liftw/3in body lift. That would probably be able to clear the tires easily w/o trimming.I like this set up because it would keep the CV angles at a pretty stock setting. The thing is that I am looking for a big truckthat still looks kinda stock. I hate seeing ton's of suspension under a truck or 20in+ sizedrims. I like having the wheelwell's stuffed and the smallest rim possible.but all help is appreciated. And yes I know about the nothing over 35's on a IFS truck, but this is going to be a well maintained weekend driver so I am not worried about it.

Yeah you might have to trim a little with the 6" suspension, but I would do the 4" suspension and the 3" body for the exact reasons you explained! I have about 5 1/2"-6" lift and I had to do some trimming, to get 37x13.5 tires to fit.
