A/C problem

i've got a 2002 dodge ram 1500 slt (3rd gen). i have a problem with my ac vents. for some reason the air will not blow out of the vents for the upper body, it will blow on the floor and the defrost vents. any ideas on how to fix the situation?? kinda need the ac i live in the high desert where its HOTTTT!!!

Do a search for "Blend Door" it's a common problem, but I'm not sure of the fix...
