Greetings Ramfans!!

New guy here and I must tell you all that you were instrumental in my decision to buy my truck. I lurked here for about a week prior to buying. I was able to find both a great truck, and an awesome community of fellow Ram nutz!!!

I have always liked the looks of the Ram line, but have also always driven Chevrolets. I am able to buy them on the family program so it was cheaper. Recently, I started my own business and had need of a truck to replace my Tahoe. The Chevy truckwas still almost 28K after the discount. It was time to broaden my horizons. I looked at and drove an '04 Ram 1500 with the Hemi and one without. Both were pretty ragged out, but you could still see the build quality. So I went on to find a much better maintained one and pulled the trigger. I have to say, with only about 400 miles on the clock since I took delivery, I'll never go back. Dodge makes a truck to be a TRUCK! Chevrolet seems to be in a race with itself to make their trucks more car-like every year!

All is well with my new girl except one minor annoyance. I get some front end "chatter" or rattle on rough pavement/bumps. I can feel it in the wheel and hear it as well. I have read the posts about the wheel bearing recall, but alas, my build date is outside the timeframe given for the recall. Is there a way to better assess where my problem lies? I took it to the dealer I bought it from. They gave the patent answer of, "Could not duplicate." and sent me packing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I'll post up some pics when I get it cleaned up. We've had rain about every other day. And BTW, I am an oversized Gen 3-er. 6'5" and about 235.
