Did you have any ideas? Have you seen anything on other trucks you've liked? Are you looking for things like a lift or tires or just anything in general?

new rims and tires, grill, and exhaust will definitely make the most impression on people. Cold air intakes are nice but no one really sees them unless you pop the hood.

No I'm not going to lift it. When I level it I'll be bringing the back end down to match the front end. I think I may go with a new hood, or just be cheap and get a hood scoop put on. As for rims, I want to but I need to wait a little while since they are the more expensive of the add-ons. But what would you suggest for bringing the back end level with the front end. I've heard about taking the load leaf spring out but I'm iffy on that since I don't know if that has any adverse effects on the way the truck rides, or tows.

3 inch djm drop shackles will bring the rear down close to being level.
