my wierd noise I have as wierd as it sounds...it sounds like "marbles, or coins dropped into a glass jar" lol....sounds just like that when accelerating after my truck has warmed up...again...just had headers/y pipe installd....

 

Did you check those bolts, sounds to me like you might have a couple of loose ones. If you (or the place you used to install them) did not re-tighten them when they were hot, they'll work right out of that soft aluminum head.
Check 'em and if any are loose, run the truck around town for about 20 mins. then snug them up with a wrench (and be very carefull not to burn yourself)...

Oh Romeo, just a thought, check the other end, it could also be an exhaust leak at the collector end as well or basically any place that they welded/bolted anything together.

Anybody can boo-boo a weld or joint very easily...

 

Sounds like a header leak...did you use the cheap *** gaskets they send with the headers, or did you get some good gaskets?
