Default New to forum...need some help with some mods

Hi y'all. I recently got into an '06 Ram 6 speed manual w/ 3.7L V6. It's currently in my grandpa's shop getting painted...and I've been looking at getting a few "bolt-on" type mods to put on. I'm not looking to try to turn it into a racer as I know that I can't get a whole lot out of the V6...but I'd like to at least get a few more horse without sacrificing fuel mileage. I'm currently looking at the following mods...tell me what you think:

Jet Chip Stage 1 Module
Ebay CAI as found on this forum
Either Magnaflow 3 in. Inlet/Dual 2.50 in. Outlet/ or a Flowmaster 40/50 series (i'm soooo confused on this one!) what do you think is best? I don't want it to be real loud and especially not "ricy" but would like a nice "growl" to it.
Powerwire: Also looking at the intake listed below on this site: AirRam - Cold Air Induction System
Bosch Platinum 4+ Spark Plugs

What do you think of that so far? Like I said, I'm not going to be racing it really...but would like some performance increases. I also don't want to re-gear it or anything...more just simpler type mods. Thanks for your help!!

sounds like good stuff to me, but I think that there are a few things on here about power wires...don't remember where they are but it had somethin to do with track times...that made them not look so great. I don't own one myself I just read it.

yea...i have the power wire. don't do it. i ahve it on there still..but it did absolutely NOTHING for track times, but it does make you waste gas...a noticable 2-3 mpg difference...(i'm also always into the pedal though).

don't get the platinum +4's imo. they suck and are pointless. get some ngk plugs (they are what's stock), but i dot the ngk iridium plugs. didnt' do much for power, but even after only changing them while only having put 18,000 miles on truck, it made the truck run/idle a lot better...adn the old plugs seems to be nice and white probably cause of that power wire dumping fuel in there like a ****.

as for intake. didn't do much. sounds kidna cool, but the best thing it did for me was clear up the engine bay of that big stupid box and what not. don't invest in a nice intake...especially for our trucks.

headers = awesome...get 'em.

exhaust...do waht you want. i had a single in dual out 40 series, and just had it changed today for the 50 series suv/truck performance one. it's good. If you get something too loud, it sucks cause there isn't enough backpressure. and then when i got headers, my exhaust was silent at WOT cause the header freed up a lot of pressure. so, now that i have the 50 series installed, i have a LOT more low end torque...gave me more of a noticable difference than the headers did even.

here are some vids of my flowmaster 40:

^^ it soudns good at idle, but when you give it more than 40% throttle, sounds like a riced civic..no joke. even though the interior videos sounds alright.

i also have a DIY about sparkplugs.

edit: oh yea...re-gear your ****. i have a 456 posi in mine...cause i drive in city snow...and it'll do wonders. get like a 410 or that goffy 427 that my guy told me us gear makes.
