Default Dash removal

I will start with saying, "I am sorry if this is a repost."
I got to the 9th page and I can't see anymore.

I need help removing the part of the dash that is covering the radio. I have an '08 1500 sxt quad cab with the fold away cup holders. I read that there are two screws in the cup holder area then you just pull.
Well I tried that and I am pretty sure that I broke one of the snaps so I quit.
Pictures or video would help alot as that I am a very visual person and I don't want to break my new baby.

Thank to all who leaves input

I would take a picture but my camera broke.

The screws don't matter. What I did was just pull on the left side till it popped loose. grab the left edge of the gray plastic, not the fake wood crap, and pull. all there is to it.

Umm well there should be two screws that hold the cup holder in. From the looks of the Service Manual the grey peice that goes the whole lenght under the cup holders snaps in. Pull with even pressure on that piece and it should snap out (the snaps are in either corner) Next there should be 2 screws along the bottom of the cup holder assembly where the snap cover peice just came off from. Once the cupholder is out there will be two screws one on each end that face towads the roof. You may need to bend down and look. Take these last two screws out and then the whole dash surround just snaps out. Good luck
