From the dyno's I've seen, Superchips is still the one to get out of all the "canned" tuners. Also, the tranny shifts are it's real strong suite. Completely stops that built in stock slippage of the transmission. On paper, not only does it "snap" into gear faster, but the lack of slip translates to a longer transmission life.
Now I've seen a couple of "custom" tunes done with the SCT on heavily modified Hemi trucks done by KRC and from a HP & Torque standpoint alone, it's heads above ANY "canned" tune. The downside is that as of about four weeks ago (the last time I stopped by KRC to BS a little) they were still working on the tranny part of the programming. So if you bought one now, the tranny would probably be a lot firmer with a Superchips. Also, no tire size adjustment yet. It's a new product and to get it to market in a reasonable amount of time, they concentrated on engine/mod tuning first.
Of course, when the tranny shifts are done, it's only a simple D/L away from having it...
Because of this, I'm staying with the Superchips for now, even though I'd benefit from the SCT (especially with my LT Headers). When I have the $ saved up to do the cam and I need a custom tune, I'll get the SCT. It looks like my Flashpaq won't be for sale then though, as I just read that my latest update includes '99-'03 4.7s. I'm waiting to hear if that includes the H.O. version, if so, I'll be installing the Superchips on my '02 Grand Cherokee Overland.

We are looking to add the 04-up 4.7L motors to our current model in the future. We would be working from current year back.
Oh and gains are pretty good on some of them, 5.9L Gas Engine owners should love this product now:
