20" diameter, 9" wide, 5x5.5 hole pattern (139.7mm=5.5"), 18mm is the offset, BMF is the finish (probably Black Machined Finish)

specs seem the same as a stock wheel, should fit just fine.

I don't think 18-20 HP free'd up is over the top, I've never seen a dyno of only an e-fan added by itself, but I've seen claims from 12-15 up to 20-24, so I split the difference.

Regardless of the gains, I bought mine after being stuck in a major I-95 traffic jam in July of '06, one of those where, due to an accident, traffic crawled for over an hour. Upper 90 degree day and I saw a good many vehicles overheat. You never stopped long enough to shut down, but you could have walked faster. Even with the aux. cooling of the tow pkg. I was running way hot for most of the time, even with the air killed & windows open. Because the 180 Extreme flows at 3300 cfm ALL THE TIME, REGARDLESS OF ENGINE RPM, I opted for it. It also is a great mod off-road where you are often crawling along, not to mention you can opt for a manual switch on the dash to cut it off for river or deep mud crossings.
The added acceleration off a dead stop and free'd up HP for me was just an added bonus...

I was told by someone that an E- fan would effect fuel effeciency, have you found this to be true or did you not see any real difference.

It certainly has a positive effect on fuel economy, but I don't know if it's enough to really see at the pump. You are taking the drag of the clutch fan off the belt so it has to help fuel economy to some degree.
I've got so many mods (CAI, Headers, Cat-back, e-fan, 4.56 gears, etc. etc. etc) and my truck is so heavy (close to 7000 lbs.) that it's hard for me to tell what is doing what as far as fuel economy goes.
I can say one thing though, with about 1500 extra pounds in mods on that truck with lift, 35" tires, winch, grill & brush guards, etc. etc.) I get about the same gas mileage I did when it was bone stock in city and maybe 1 mpg less on the interstate. I don't think that's too shabby...
