Shift Kit

Does anyone build a shift kit either the 45 or 46 RFE tranny? I'm not sure which tranny I have. (Yes I'm to lazy to read the tag on it right now) The tranny seems a little sloppy on the shift sometimes. I know I need to replace the torque converter. I can start looking at some new modding projects now that I replaced my beater car.
