Default Dash trim question

Alright so my factory stereo is broke and i want to put an in dash CD/DVD/MP3/Navigation unit in. The trim around the radio would look wierd with the new one cause it has little cut outs for the ***** if most of u know what im talkin about. Well the new unit is a perfect square...any ideas on if i can get a new one that is square or if they make a kit or something? i couldnt find one. thanks

The stealership will have the correct trim. I checked since I was going to up grade to the Nav/DVD system. Not to bad of a price if I remember correctly too.
