Default Need Help installing Alpine W205

Hi I just recently bought the Alpine IVA-w205 and its says i need to hook up to the parking brake wire and the foot brake wires. Anyone know what colors they are and where i can reach them at. I also bought the PAC TR7 to bypass the video lock if anyone can help with that. Any help is appreciated.

i hooked mine to a toggle switch then grounded the toggle switch so i can watch movies and stuff while moving the reason i had to run a toggle is because my model you have to put a code in with the ground if that makes any sense so people cant just ground them like the older ones.

yea man, its easy....just get a $2 toggle, hook one side to a ground (any metal piece) and that greenish yellow or aqua wire to the other side (probably have to splice it into an extra wire)

you flip it up, down, up...that resets the ground, allowing you to watch video! i had a hell of a time with it, everyone made it more difficult
