kill switch

my friend has an 04 he bought and its got a kill switch which is actually just the Ac fan has to be turned on at least on one click, how hard is that to do and where do you go to buy one

For that you need to cut into the starter or some other start circuit and then cut into the wiring for the heat/ac to get power from that circuit.
