Default Pinion seal leaking

My rear pinion seal is leaking pretty bad. How hard is it to change it, and whats involved? Thanks for the help.

There is a pinion seal kit and it involves apparantly quite a bit of setting up, so the crush sleeve isn't overly crushed or not crushed enough.
This would lead to the pinion not being at the correct depth, causing an incorrect wear pattern on your carrier.
I was told to leave it to an expert and that's what I'll be doing, along with installing a new Detroit TruTrac and getting rid of that crap troublesome stock LSD with it's retainer clip problems.
