Not a chance. MDS is only on 2006+ HEMI 1500 Non Megacab. You have a gen 2 V10 2500. There can't even be a kit because the engine doesn't ahve the right hardware to "shut down" valves. can't even do it to pre 2006 Hemis.

One of my good hunting buddies has a '98 2500 4x4 with the V-10 in it. Mildly lifted with 33" tires on it and you can't ride past a gas station! But that truck is one torquey, pullin' summbitch...
