Default Reverse Lights

Odd, I swore I just posted this, but can't find it anywhere. Hope it's not a double post.

Anyway, both of my reverse lights are out, and pretty much at the same time. I tried replacing the bulbs and still no luck. Would it be the reverse switch on the transmission (it's a manual V6)? Any idea if it's a PITA to replace, or if it could be something else?

Thanks,
Darrell

You could get a tester, pull the bulbs, put the truck in reverse and see if you get juice to the socket. If not, then yes I would say switch. No idea on difficulty of the replacement.

Did that... no juice. Turns out it was the fuse. Go figure. Haven't had one of those go bad in a vehicle in so long I completely forgot about them.

Thanks for the help!
