New member, just got my truck two weeks ago and absolutely love it - good power and torque, just wish it got better mileage (last two tanks I have averaged around 12.3 in town).

Anyway, I have been into drag racing for sometime (mostly Mustangs) and was wondering what the best stock 1/4 ETs and mph people have gotten with the Ram Hemis.

Any responses are appreciated.

 

I've not run mine yet, but the only Hemi ram I've witnessed has run a 15.12 ET. That truck was an open rearend w/3.55, steel 17's. RCSB, 2WD. I've read times as low as 14.7 seconds for a similar truck w/ 3.92's and LSD, aluminum 17" wheels.

The QC's have been in the 15's consistently for 2 and 4 WD's.

Probably not as quick as a V-8 Mustang, but the Mustang doesn't weigh 4900 + lbs either.
