Help with rims plz help

will these fit on a 2004 dodge ram regular cab 2wd

Nope that's a Chevy 1/2 ton pickup (& Yukon, Jimmy, etc.) bolt pattern of 5x127, your Ram is a 5x5.5 which converts to 5x139.7 in metric.
