Default Gauge faces from a CTD?

I think it's funny that Dodge decided to give 1500 trucks gauges that have only tick marks for temp, oil pressure, and voltage. The exact same marks are used in CTD trucks except they have actual numbers on the face. They appear to be in the same place, meaning all they changed is the face and not the gauge or sending unit.

Are the stock faces removable? Like if I found a cluster from a CTD, I could swap just the faces that are different?
