Default What is better/easier????

I need to drop the rearend another 2-3 inches to level it out. I already put DJM drop shackles on (got about an inch from them) but it still needs a little more. I have heard on here about using either u-bolts on the rear springs or removing the overload springs. Can anyone tell me which is easier to do and is there any cons to doing either one.

I would go with removing the overload spring, it's not that hard, and unless you haul a lot in your bed, you're never going to need them. As the name states, they are for when you "overload" the bed. Losing them will have no effect on towing as tongue weight is considerably less than say a load of sand in your bed. I've got the Slammed1 drop shackles just sitting here that I haven't gotten around to putting on yet, but I plan to remove the overload leaf when I do..
