08 ram: rough shifts-steering!!!

I have an 08 3500 diesel 4x4 Auto.

The truck has been in for rough downshifts in the tow/ haul mode. Tsb's were done but no change, any comments??

Also, my steering is very touchy!!!vs. my 03. Almost like oversteer, dealer said it was fine?
Any comments?
